Commencement weekend boasts a cappella and choral concerts, theatrical performances, band and orchestra concerts, and more. Below is a list of these activities that all guests are welcome to attend. For information on Baccalaureate, Class Day, Commencement, diploma ceremonies, or other school-specific events for the College, Graduate School, or professional schools, visit the dedicated pages located at the Schedule of Events.

What does it mean to belong? When do you finally have to face your fears? How do a donkey and a dragon fall in love?
This Commencement season, the Yale Dramatic Association is embarking on a quest to bring the wry, nostalgic Shrek The Musical to the University Theater, and to tell the story of a ragtag team of fairytale creatures along the way.

Enjoy the sounds of the 54-bell Carillon of Harkness Tower. This hour-long concert, performed by senior members of the Guild, is best enjoyed from Old Campus. This event is free, and no tickets are required!

Reception for senior varsity athletes, their coaches, their families, and Yale Athletics staff. The event is by invitation; tickets are not required but an RSVP is.

The Yale Glee Club, now in its 156th season, is the oldest choral organization at Yale. In its annual Commencement Concert, the Glee Club will perform a variety of music including motets, spirituals, folk songs, and school songs.
Tickets are $12 for guests and $10 for students. Families of graduating students are invited to order tickets in advance by calling 203-432-4158. To ensure the best seating, please place your order as soon as possible.
